1188 square ft

The efficiently organized Aspen floor plan provides a ranch style condo option with affordability and options to customize for a buyer’s particular needs. The master suite is considerably large with bedroom measurements of 14’ X 15’, a large master bath with a window and huge walk in closet. The great room flows into the dining and kitchen area in the open floor plan and room definition is defined by the tray ceiling design. This plan is enhanced with the addition of a sunroom or screened porch.

1311 square ft

The newly revised Carolina is a favorite because of it’s 10’ ceilings and large master suite. A recent improvement includes an atrium walkout option, bringing your back yard closer to everyday living with easy access to a maintenance free outdoor patio. This kitchen boasts 36” cabinets, a pantry and coat closet at your entry from the garage. A beautiful wall of windows reserves a perfect location for a warm fireplace, if a buyer chooses to add. Options to customize this plan allow our buyers to make the Carolina a plan that works for their needs, budget and lifestyle.

Pacific 2

1424 square ft

A final version of the Pacific at 1424 square feet, we have improved on the concept, retaining the atrium walkout while adding an open kitchen and improving the traffic pattern. Relocating the garage to house door to the opposite side of the kitchen, this move provides for a conveniently located coat closet and distinguished foyer and dining area.

1456 square ft

The Woodmor has been our most popular plan, accommodating at it’s base square footage but is easily expanded to work with a buyer’s input and requests. The most popular addition to this plan is it’s third stall garage. This plan can be enhanced with a larger laundry room, a large covered front porch or an expanded dining area. It’s open floor plan and atrium walkout lets natural light flow through the home and the atrium walkout provides easy access to your backyard patio. The distinguished dining area is a favorite feature of buyers, allowing for a long dining table when guests arrive.

1472 square ft

The Andrew plan is a hybrid of favorite features from our collection of floor plans. It boasts 10’ volume ceilings, an atrium walkout and a large covered front porch as a standard. The open floor plan is excellent for entertaining and there is plenty of room for preparation in the large galley kitchen. The great room is filled with huge windows to allow natural light to flow throughout the home. A bonus feature of this plan is the ability to add an area in the garage for a workshop, motorcycle storage, golf cart parking….whichever the buyer needs. The Andrew plan stands alone, meeting our buyer’s needs without many modifications.

Even with limited space, the Remington floor plan still provides an open concept that flows throughout. This floor plan provides a ranch style condo with affordability in mind. The kitchen flows right into your dining room and continues to the living room where you have multiple windows allowing natural light in. With this plan, you have dual access to your only bathroom from both your master bedroom and your living area. With a simple but strategic layout, this plan is budget friendly.
