The efficiently organized Aspen floor plan provides a ranch style condo option with affordability and options to customize for a buyer’s particular needs. The master suite is considerably large with bedroom measurements of 14’ X 15’, a large master bath with a window and huge walk in closet. The great room flows into the dining and kitchen area in the open floor plan and room definition is defined by the tray ceiling design. Our newest floor plan, the Lynnewood hits all of the marks with it’s efficient, accommodating floor plan of 1280 square feet. The distinguished dining area allows for ample space to entertain and the well organized kitchen functions perfectly for the chef. This plan provides for two options, an atrium walkout or a covered deck. The optional atrium walkout is inviting for back yard entertainment and funnels light throughout the main living space. The alternate of a covered deck provides a comfortable, private outdoor space for entertaining. The master closet is conveniently located next to the laundry room and kitchen for ease of chores. This plan is easily enhanced if a buyer chooses to add a screened porch.

The newly revised Carolina is a favorite because of it’s 10’ ceilings and large master suite. A recent improvement includes an atrium walkout option, bringing your back yard closer to everyday living with easy access to a maintenance free outdoor patio. This kitchen boasts 36” cabinets, a pantry and coat closet at your entry from the garage. A beautiful wall of windows reserves a perfect location for a warm fireplace, if a buyer chooses to add. Options to customize this plan allow our buyers to make the Carolina a plan that works for their needs, budget and lifestyle.

One of our original floor plans, the Pacific is always a favorite. At 1376 square feet, this plan anchors the living areas, separate from the sleeping quarters. With a distinguished dining area that flows off of the ample kitchen, entertaining is a breeze in the Pacific. The architectural design of the master bedroom is impressive and the use of pocket doors conserves valuable wall space. The laundry is centrally located for easy access and closet storage is tucked throughout the floor plan. The Pacific plan can be enhanced with the addition of a screened porch or four seasons room.
1376 square ft
An enhanced version of a long time favorite, the Pacific, also at 1376 square feet, boasts the addition of an atrium walkout. The bedrooms and baths are tucked away from the main living area of the home and are separated from each other. The laundry is centrally located between the two beds and kitchen for easy management of household chores. The large galley kitchen provides ample space for entertaining as guests can sit at the long breakfast bar or visit from the great room. The atrium walkout lets natural light flow throughout the living are. As with the original, this plan can be enhanced with the addition of a sun room.
1424 square ft
A final version of the Pacific at 1424 square feet, we have improved on the concept, retaining the atrium walkout while adding an open kitchen and improving the traffic pattern. Relocating the garage to house door to the opposite side of the kitchen, this move provides for a conveniently located coat closet and distinguished foyer and dining area.
1415 square ft
The Madison plan is a thoughtfully designed layout that is mindful of efficiency and organization. This plan has a large garage with an 18’ garage door. This plan is also a candidate for an addition of a third stall garage. As you enter the home, there is ample room to install a desk area, bench, pantry or locker system, whichever the buyer chooses. With tons if storage the master closet if right off of the laundry room for ease of daily chores. The kitchen is magnificent with plenty of space to add custom touches to suit any cook. The master suite has the largest bath of any, allowing for a 72” vanity. The Madison plan can be modified to each buyer’s particular needs.
1456 square ft
The Woodmor has been our most popular plan, accommodating at it’s base square footage but is easily expanded to work with a buyer’s input and requests. The most popular addition to this plan is it’s third stall garage. This plan can be enhanced with a larger laundry room, a large covered front porch or an expanded dining area. It’s open floor plan and atrium walkout lets natural light flow through the home and the atrium walkout provides easy access to your backyard patio. The distinguished dining area is a favorite feature of buyers, allowing for a long dining table when guests arrive.

1472 square ft
The Andrew plan is a hybrid of favorite features from our collection of floor plans. It boasts 10’ volume ceilings, an atrium walkout and a large covered front porch as a standard. The open floor plan is excellent for entertaining and there is plenty of room for preparation in the large galley kitchen. The great room is filled with huge windows to allow natural light to flow throughout the home. A bonus feature of this plan is the ability to add an area in the garage for a workshop, motorcycle storage, golf cart parking….whichever the buyer needs. The Andrew plan stands alone, meeting our buyer’s needs without many modifications.
